Everyone who works on your property holds current UKATA certification for the type of work involved. UKATA is the UK's leading asbestos training body and is recognised by the Health and Safety Executive. Its certification comes from an outside body and needs renewing regularly, it isn't an in-house badge printed once and left to gather dust.
Cards stay on site throughout the job, and our operatives will show you theirs if you ask.

CHAS assessment gives independent confirmation that our health and safety policies, risk assessments and legal compliance meet the standard local authorities, housing associations and commercial procurement teams expect.
It isn't a one-off tick either: an external assessor reviews the business every single year, rather than relying on what was true twelve months ago.

SafeContractor is a separate health and safety accreditation, run independently of CHAS, and it's widely recognised across UK construction and facilities management.
SafeContractor sits alongside CHAS as an additional independently assessed verification layer, giving commercial partners and housing associations the widest possible compliance confidence.

Asbestos health and safety sits at the centre of every job we carry out, under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Notifiable non-licensed work gets formally notified to the enforcing authority before it starts, a risk assessment and method statement is produced for every single removal, and our procedures are updated as soon as guidance changes rather than whenever someone happens to notice.
£10m public liability and £10m employer liability sit behind every Southampton job we take on, whether it's domestic or commercial. Landlords, managing agents and principal contractors can request proof of cover before any work begins.
Public liability
£10m
Covers your property and anyone else affected if there's accidental damage or injury while we're working.
Employer Liability
£10m
Covers our own operatives if they're injured or made ill through the work. It's a legal requirement for any UK employer, and ours goes well beyond what's legally required.
FAQS
Yes. Cards are carried on every job and shown whenever you ask, and we’re happy to send current certification along with your quotation. Any contractor who hesitates when you ask that question is telling you something.
They’re two separately run schemes, but they check the same core things: our policies, our procedures and our compliance. Each one is recognised by a different set of procurement networks, so holding both means our health and safety standing has effectively been checked twice, whichever framework your organisation happens to use.
Non licensed asbestos removal and notifiable non-licensed work is carried out directly by our own UKATA-trained teams. Where something needs licensed asbestos removal instead, we manage that under the correct HSE-licensed arrangements, still within the same fixed contract. Either way, the category gets confirmed in writing at survey stage, before you’ve committed to anything.
Want a certificate or policy document sent to your inbox before you book anything? Just ask, and it'll be with you the same day. We provide full documentation to homeowners, landlords and commercial clients, whenever it's requested.
